Tom and his assistant were extremely proffesional and efficient with their time. The quality of work is really exceptional, and he was flexible with some additional work we requested while working on the project, would definately use Tom again for future projects.

Tom called right away, came quickly for an estimate, had competitive rates, and seemed the most professional. We only needed a small 1/2 bath tiled, but he was fast and had it done in 1/2 day. Looks great. Would definitely hire again.

I originally gave this pro a positive review because he was friendly, fairly well priced, and seemed to have done an alright job.
Now that a year has passed, I view his work VERY NEGATIVELY. He installed a wooden floor in our basement, and though it looked mostly fine initially, it turned out to be very poorly installed. There are cracks and gaps appearing all over the floor now, where boards have shifted and are no longer aligned. He also never repainted the baseboard that he put new holes into despite promises to do so.
Overall, it's become clear that the job was VERY POORLY done, no attention to detail. I regret hiring this contractor!!

Thank you for your help with our project it was a great experience. Will use Vo Floorings services again for our kitchen floor in the near future...

I passed over another eager contractor for Tom and wished I didn't.

Mr. Vo did a large ceramic tile job for me. He integrated the tile over many rooms and lots of tough angles. The work came out great and I get compliments on it everyday. Also, I had some extra work that he did a great job on. Specifically, he remodeled my 1/2 bath and did some plaster work. He is very personable, trustworthy and would do anything to make the customer happy. The projectcame in at the agreed price, earlier and completing all of the agreed upon work. His price is very fair and lower than other floor experts. I am definitely recommending him to friends. He is an experienced professional that you can trust.
