Project: Inspect a Home
Vlaid is a nice guy. But he didn't inspect my roof as expected. He only looked at the roof from underneath. He said he doesn't get on roofs. Report as delivered timely. Contract has alot of arbitration clauses. Didn't feel the inspection was as thorough as it could have been.
