I hired Vista-- total roof replacement-- They were not very clean and didnt clean up nails etc- great job though and looks great. Pricing was great- best priced..

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The big portions of the job went fine but the finish work was a fight to get right. They did not paint behind the vanity and left exposed drywall, they removed my phone jack and reconnected it to my sprinkler wire when I made them reconnect it, I be been using the bathroom for two weeks and already there is water under a tile in the shower. The project managers never call ahead and expect you to be available to be home instead of at work, they damaged the bedframe left in the room, didn't check ahead of time if the carpet was available so the reject went for two weeks with no work being done and to top it off, they took funding 3 weeks early

Great Customer Service. My Project Lead, Ran Scop was very responsive and kept me updated. Vista hit every milestone. The thing I would recommend is unless you can be n the job site all the time, which I was not, I suggest a very detailed plan on what tile goes in which place and cosmetic requirements which you may want to monitor closely. Vista is a full servie contractor which is why I selected them and was very happy the overall results.

Job was scheduled for 1 week. Now 3 weeks in and project still not complete. Nothing promised, relative to cleanup during job, was accomplished except cleanup after roof installation was completed. Still waiting on painters to arrive for touch up work.

Of course thw world was promised to sign me up...practically begged. Even offered a unsolicited payment plan. "We are in the area, can start tomorrow!" It's a 4 day job...WELL 4 days turned into 2 WEEKS. Now I was the one begging for them to finish and clean up so I could on. Took WAY too long to finish the last 10%

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Vista's sales pitch was fantastic and they were all about "what can we do to earn your business" - but then it was all downhill from there. I was told that 4 joists needed to be replaced due to wood rot on the ends, but I got home to find that the contractor had just cut every single joist on that side of the house shorter - without even asking if this was ok. When I saw this I was very upset, and the roofer lied and said he had not cut them. When confronted with proof, the roofer told the foreman I had instructed him to cut them short. The crew left the front door open (not just unlocked, but OPEN) every day when they left the job.
