Project: Remove a Tree Stump
I don't know the going rate for tree removal when most of the work has been done but $125 for one hour of labor seems expensive plus the $75 'dumping' fee when the tree was most likely ground into mulch that will be sold for a profit. I really appreciated the outstanding job they did in getting the clean up done. I will still recommend them to people when they have a similar issue.

Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
Initial visit to my home was positive and resulted in a professional estimate. I agreed to the estimate and work began. After some time, I contacted Brian and let him know that the work was not completed and he promised it would be completed soon. Foolishly, I paid the bill before work was complete. Weeks went by. The only 3 times he mowed my lawn were the three times I had to call and tell him that my mowing needed to be prioritized. No call back. No response to e-mail. I grossly overpaid for services that were never completed. ServiceMagic should not be recommending this provider. I am so upset.

The young men did what I wanted done but I wish they had ask if I wanted the sidewalk snow removed I would have paid extra. I did not think about telling them about the sidewalk but it is connected to the driveway. but all in all they did a good job. I would use them again.

I hired this company twice within a week's time to shovel snow. Brian was very professional and arrived as promised. He and his crew did an excellent job. Will definitely hire this company again.
