Project: Build a Custom Home
After meeting with over a dozen builders and hearing the same old song and dance we met with Vision Builders (Steve Ritchie). His approach to our custom home was as it should be "customized". Steve Ritchie builds your home as if it was his own. Treats you like family with professional service personalized to you. Takes the time to understand your taste and makes it happen within the prearranged budget. Any issues during our custom build were addressed in a quick professional manner.One year warranty and subcontractors that are IDEAL certainly makes Steve, Chad, Rick, Jason and the whole Vision Builders team a choice I would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Vision Builders, LLC and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair. They installed a metal roof on my house, garage and barn. The job was finished in a timely manner and as indicated on my estimate. The work area was cleaned up as they did the work.

Project: Build a Custom Home
Steve Ritchey of Vision Builders, LLC, spent a lot of time showing examples of homes he built. He helped solve issues with building on our steep lot, and us living 800 miles away using great communication via email, phone calls, photos, and visits. Steve, Chad and all the subcontractors were most professional and courteous and did quality work. While there were a couple of things that we might have changed before they were finished had we lived nearby, overall we are extremely happy with the final product, and with the 1 year warranty Steve provides. We would highly recommend Vision Builders, LLC to build your custom home.

Mr Ritchy is very helpful and made several attmepts to make contact. others might find this annoying, but for us it was helpful. he was able to have materials delivered very quickly and the crew was done in one day. We found him very reasonable and are pleased with his work.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Steve was extremely friendly and professional. He was also very patient while my wife and I spent a lot of time poring over which color roof and gutters to select. He communicated with us throughout the project and always did what he said he was going to do. He also coordinated with my painter so that the roof/gutter job could be accomplished without affecting my painter's schedule (and vice versa). Our roof and gutters look fantastic! Unfortunately, he slightly underestimated a the amount of shingles needed and therefore I had to pay a little extra at the end. That's the only reason for the 4-star rating.
