Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
He was very prompt and was able to complete the repair the first visit. His price was extremely reasonable. He conducted an in depth check of our roofing and provided an estimate roof replacement was several years down the road. Did not try to push unnecessary repair work. We will definitely keep his name on file for our next roof replacement.

While Virgil was here he caulked some areas the builder neglected bcause he felt there was a potential problem. He did not charge extra for this. So far the leaks we called about, are gone.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I didn't have a very good experience. The contractor came to work on the roof but he didn't find the leak. Then we couldn't get a hold of the contractor because in his own words he switched telephone companies, and didn't get our messages. Later on he did come, after we complained to Service Magic, and he came in a couple of times and finally localized the problems. Last storm we didn't see the roof leaking, we will see the rain so far isn't that strong.

Project: Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
Virgil was very quick to respond to my request. I had a rubber roof installed from a previous contractor that was never finished and fled town. Virgil came and gave me an estimate to finish the roof. The price he quoted was the price I paid. I couldn't be there so he bought a disposable camera and took before and after pictures for me. He is very nice, does quality work and cleaned up everything. He even said he would come back in the spring to check on the roof. Thank You Virgil.

He was polite, professional and got the job done THAT DAY! I was so happy also that it cost less than I was expecting. He did just what was needed and didn't try to build it up the way some contractors do. I will definitely recommend Virgil and Servicemagic to anyone who needs a contractor.

ACTUALLY NO STAR. I COULD ONLY AFFORD A PATCH AND HE DID THAT WITHOUT CLEANING UP HIS MESS AND THE ROOF LEAKED EXACTLY AS IT DID BEFORE THE NEXT DAY IT RAINED. THEN WHEN I ASKED TO FIX IT HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. CALLED AGAIN AND SAID WELL THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE BUT CAN HAVE ANOTHER JOB DONE FOR AND EXTRA $200
