I was told there wasn't an hourly rate ($160) but there was to determine what my problem was and then a flat ($225) to fix change a shower valve. whole thing took about 45 minutes and cost $258

My A/C coils were freezing up. Technician thawed out the coils and decided the blower wasn't working correctly. Supposedly rewired. Charged me $229. Six hours later the coils were frozen again. Called another company and they put their gauges on and found it to be over 2 pounds low on refrigerant. This cost me $261 for the service and refrigerant and my a/c has worked perfectly since. The second competing technician was definitely more knowledgeable and he seemed to think I had paid $229 the day before for nothing.

VPH was called out for a AC not functioning. Our technician was dispatched the same day. He diagnosed some bad wiring and repaired wiring to get the fan working. The A-coil was thawed out and the system tested o.k. He left with the system running good. We are very sorry that this consumer had additional problems and did not call us back out as we would not have charged him for that call and he could have saved another service charge.

I've had them to back for AC work as well. I think I've found our new go-to plumbing company.

Higher priced than other quotes. However, very professional and the work they did was good.
