Mr. Vinod himself arrived and isolated the problem immediately. He is very knowlegable and helpful with information on how to maintain all your appliances. He will definitely be "my appliance guy". the service was also reasonably priced.

Vin-Tech called to let me know he was only a few minutes away to make sure I was home. He arrived prompty and addressed the broken dishwasher. He fixed the issue and gave us some very good advice about how to keep it working properly. He was very professional and I would definitely use his services again.

They responded immediately to my online request. They called me to understand my problem and what had been attempted by other repair companies. They scheduled a site visit within two days. They spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and fixed the appliance the same visit. The appliance has worked as expected for the last two days since it was repaired. The fee was reasonable. They did not leave a paid invoice. They said to call if we had any problems.

The technician came and found the problem, ordered the parts and returned within a few day s to complete the repair. He also allowed us to check pricing on the parts through another source to see which was less expensive.
