Earlier today, I had a chance to contact the customer in regards to their experience with Viewpoint Pest Management. The customer expressed that he was very pleased with the service as well as the results. His tenant has not seen anymore activity. As for the events of that morning, I was not at fault of failure to call and I arrived to the appointment at the time it was scheduled. The miscommunication was between tenant and the owner and was not a reflection of Viewpoint Pest Management.

Jerome was very thorough, pleasant to deal with, and seemed knowledgable. That this point, we have no infestations, so additional services were not necessary.

Jerome arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He talked me through every step as he went along. He also gave me instructions on what to do after he was gone. I would recommend Viewpoint to all my friends, family and neighbors.

It's hard to add anything else to the glowing recommendations this contractor has already received, except to say that he is maintaining his consistently excellent work.
