Selected ViewMasters because of thorough knowledge of estimator who recognized possible problems that other estimaters missed. Price quoted was competitive. Because of the good job done on the windows and because ViewMasters is general contractor I contracted with them to paint the house exterior also. Pressure washer exposed termite damage which I contracted for them to do. Then termite insprctor also recognized dry rot under eves, which I contracted ViewMasters to repair. Because of the good job done on these repairs I had them stain the two decks, on which they also did a good job. ViewMasters stayed on the job with very few delays.

Estimator scheduled an appt (and was on time), gave me the best price, and upgraded triple pane windows at no additional charge. Installers came out and were also on time, clean, and curtious.

The overall work was done properly. The electrician did not do a very good job and they changed me extras money that should not be. Again the work was not done very well. I am not happy with the electrical work.

The electrical was not part of the original deal. We put one window in a wall, and when we opened it up there were all kinds of wires going thru the area. So we paid for an electrician to come out and re-route the wires. We charged a nominal fee for the electricain which didn't come close to covering the extra cost of moving the wires, and taking an extra day on the job. Lance
