The replacmeent of my HotWater heater wen off with out an issue. The guys who did the work were great... very professional. Appreciated the discussion with Chris around options prior to making a decision on the type of water heater to get. I will use these guys again!

i was completely taken advantage of by Victory. Not only did a different person show to do the job, he came over an hour late, left for an hour to "get a part he did not have" and tried to bill me for all of those hours. They were extremely slow, and ended up trying to charge over DOUBLE what their estiimate was. I asked the manager to call me back, and to no surprise, i have heard nothing from them.. do yourself a favor and get someone else!

I had very good experience with Chris from the beginning. He called soon after my request through Service Magic, made an appointment to give a quote which was very competetive compared to two other quotes for the same job. He was on time to start the project, did a fantastic job in completing on time. Iam impressed with his professionalism and would highly reccommend him to others.

I contacted Service Magic on a Saturday afternoon due to a leak. I received a call from Chris within 15 minutes of placing my posting. The leak was repaired on Monday. Work was done professionally and timely and for a good price. I was so pleased that I hired Chris to come back the following day to replace the house's main water valve (proactively) which was operational but aging. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for future plumbing needs.

They were great, on time, and knowledgeable. Managed to fix a few of the odds and ends plumbing issues just during the estimating process at no cost. Having them come back to complete the job... Would definitely recommend!

Jeff was very responsive and helpful over the phone. He couldn't send anyone over today, but offered to talk me through the process of relighting my pilot light on my hot water heater. I managed to do it myself, with some coaching from Jeff. A class act and generous move; I'll be calling back when I have future projects.
