We have been fortunate to work with some excellent contractors, particularly with new construction but Victor Properties is far and away the best we have ever used for remodeling or major rehabilitation.

Project: Find a Custom Home Builder
He did the total home for me, my dad was my eyes and ears for the work, made sure that it was done well. They had an architect on staff, would be in control of the work. I am an machinist, have cad work, so I did the ruff design for the house and the architect built the house. They came up with nice ideas for the house, put a deck on the front of the house, so did not have to but a lot of dirt to bring it up to code. They were excellent.
