And a large amount of garbage was left behind, mostly in several bags exceeding 50 lbs. which I needed to carry down 2 flights of stairs and dispose of myself.

If homeowners choose to save money,at times they let us know that they themselves will take care of the garbage removal. In that case it is not part of the bid. This option is agreed upon before starting the job. We are very accommodating, and when the job is done we make sure that homeowners get exactly what they had planned for and that they are pleased with the finished project.

Vic's Pro Tile, we used Oleg and Victor. Things we liked about them were, it was a family owned and operated business; they weren't salesman selling work to someone else. They bid and actually did the work themselves. Their prices were reasonable, the quality of their work was exceptional. The only thing that was a little bit difficult to communicate on the phone because of accents and whatnot. Aside from that, in person they were a delight to be around, willing to answer questions and stuff like that. Overall, very pleased.

Victor was very easy to work with...gave me a very fair quote, easy to schedule appointment, timely, and did a great job completing the job. Would feel very comfortable recommending Victor!
