This was a very speedy process. Contacted contractor from ServiceMagic and was able to receive an estimate over the phone. Contractor then came out to my house early the very next morning, started the project and was finished in 4 hours. Great job!!

Immediate response when I submitted my request.... They quoted me a price over the phone but still came and looked at the project. Bid did not change. They worked with my schedule and got the project completed within two days. Nice working with them.

They did a very good job at hiding the ugly wiring. They came across as honest, careful, conscientious, and reliable.

I would not recommend hiring Vertical Security Group to install your security cameras. I experienced problems with the cameras freezing the 2nd week after installation, to this day, I am constantly having to unplug the DVR (at their instruction). Now it's less than 1 month ago and I am not able to log on and view what is recording. Peter is out of the country and has not left anyone who is reliable in his place to fix the problems. I am going to demand a refund. With me being a victim of crime, he doesn't understand why I invested money in this type of protection for my home. Faulty equipment, faulty wiring??? Fraud..get someone reiliable

According to the email I received from this customer...She cited buyer's remorse as a reason why she was wanting her money back. Customer then started complaining about camera and DVR issues that were non-existent so as to get her money back. I did have a tech go out to her and resolve all issues she was experiencing, but customer was still not satisfied and still demanded to have get money back citing other issues as an excuse. I did a payment plan with customer which she defaulted on.

Camera were installed fine, however the security company who instaled the alarm have not finished the installation and having problems with it.
