Project: Remove a Tree Stump
I hired Vespal to remove a tree from my rental property. I explained I would mail them a check after completion of the job since I would not be in the local area at the time. The lady agreed that would be ok. A week after the job was supposed to be finished I discovered the tree was only partially removed, the stump was not ground down and parts ot the tree were everywhere. Vespal said they needed my check to finish the job. That was not our agreement. I would not recommend this company unless you stand there watching them while holding a check as if holding a carrot on a stick because clearly money, not customers, is all they care about.
