Vern was very professional. His price quote was very reasonable. He Showed up on time and did the repair within the estimated time. He came across on the phone a bit rough, but in person, he was quite friendly.

Vern did a good job (disconnect plumbing before granite counter installation, then reinstall on a different day). He showed up early for the first appt, but then forgot to come for the 2nd appt. He said I was supposed to call him to confirm the 2nd appt, but I don't recall saying that. I believe I had definitively scheduled the 2nd appt. It all worked out fine, though, because he came the very next morning & finished the work. He brought another man w/ him (which he didn't clear w/ me in advance) - it seemed he was training him, which may have made the work take longer... Overall, I was happy with his services, and would hire him again.

Able to complete the project when requested as we discussed. I year warranty on service. Friendly, knowledgeable, curteous service was provided. No stress with time needed to complete the work, as each job was priced accordingly.
