I have years of experience in construction as well as in the foreclosure industry. In addition I have been certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).This makes me ideally suited to inspect all kinds of homes and for everyone from first time home buyers to investors. Ryan was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to walk me though each of the systems reviewed, point out issues or non-issues and made recommendations when appropriate. The report was full of pictures and notes that were extremely helpful to me. I would recommend Veritas to anyone looking for a great inspector at a reasonable price.

professional.great in explaining things so you can understand.Unfortunately ; his hands were tied & could not open hidden areas example:behind paneling & walls ... so be cautious of finished ares!

Ryan was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire inspection. I have some knowledge about homes and he met me in the middle when explaining any issues about the house. His report was just as thorough and complete. This is my first home buying experience and I am sure that I will give him a call for my next home inspection.

Great Guy, Mr Ryan H. was personable, went over everything, optimistic, and very easy too talk too. Answered all questions and explained everything (A Great Teacher) Prompt feedback, if he didnt know or was unsure of something, he admided so and shared where the information could possibly be obtained . He was very helpful and encouraging. I will reccomend Veritas to every/any one who would like an honest assessment. I will also use them in the future. Cst was fair and minimal.
