Janna attempted to clean a bathroom shower that has hard water stains, she was not able to get it clean this time but offered to bring another product to see if it may do the trick.  My carpets are very clean and still look great.  The carpet is soft and not stiff  like some cleaning processes can make it feel.  The price was great and they did not charge for a destination/travel fee and I live in Floresville.  I was a little apprehensive to use a company that is not well known but definitely will use them again. <br />Sincerely, Barbara Rating: Provided By: Jonathan N.
