I used them to move two of my sprinkler heads and to adjust the watering radius/spread of some of my other sprinkler heads. I love the fact that they were so responsive and cared about keeping their customer informed, a quality that is super rare among contractors (already the ones I've seen ) . Although, the contractor got late in reaching our place due to traffic he was really diligent and started his work right away. I would definitely recommend them. These guys are honest, responsive and care about their work and clients. What more do you need :). Thank you service magic .

The two reps were very professional and thorough. They did an outstanding job and I was watering again about an hour after they arrived.

Project: Winterize or Activate a Sprinkler System
I will NOT hire this individual again. On the phone he told me his trip charge was $25. I had to work when he came to look at my sprinkler system so my boyfriend let him in. He was supposed to call me back and let me know what the problem was. He called me 20 minutes later to tell me the problem was fixed and that it would cost $110. We had never discussed final pricing and he had no right to fix anything without letting me know how much it would cost. Spending 20 minutes, connecting a wire, turning on a value and digging around a sprinkler head is not worth $110. Then, he told me to pay him $90 because it was quick. Rip Off! NEVER AGAIN!

What a *****STAR***** team. Professional and courteous. When he first called me for the job, I wasn't sure. But then he showed up and you could tell he knew his stuff. My job turned into a bit of a mess, but he never complained and worked for more than five hours one day, came back and spent another four hours until it was right. We walked the sprinkler system station by station and he adjusted them until everything was perfect. I'd hire Roberto again without hesitation. He's competent, reliable and knowledgeable about irrigation systems. Finally, I also felt his prices were fair and he worked hard!
