Vaughan and crew were just wonderful. They identified my needs, listened to my concerns and within 2 business days I have heat and AC. The guys who did the installation were great, worked well together, addressed all my concerns, and I am extremely pleased with Vaughan and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow! Upon the first day of meeting and talking with Andy about what we needed -- then having the work performed by 3 friendly technicians (2 implemented the system and 1 performed the electrical portion of the job) -- I was deeply impressed. After the work was performed, we received a beautiful "thank you for your business" card from the VP of the company - Robert Vaughn. I felt so special as a customer! In fact, I saw the Vaughn van at my next door neighbor's house the following week! Thank you "servicemagic" for identifying this company and helping us to resolve our central air issue.
