I felt that I was over charged, but they did come at a pretty short notice so I guess that would be why they were so high. I don't know if it would have helped to mention that I found them on this site, but I forgot to do that.

Doing business with Rusty was very easy. Upon my first call I left a message for which I received a prompt call back. He was willing to meet and bid the job at my convenience. We actually never met face to face but we were able to get the carpets cleaned and they looked great.

I felt extremely comfortable having Rusty and his crew in my home (and I don't typically feel that way with most service providers). It was clear within minutes of meeting him that he was the right person to hire. In fact, I hardly even watched what he was doing because I was THAT comfortable that he cared more about perfection and doing it 100% than I would anyone else I bid for the job (all with high ratings, by the way). He's just that 1% out there who will go above and beyond to make sure he always represents his company as best as possible. Super impressed. His only flaw was punctuality, but he called to alert me and we worked it out.

I think Rusty did a very thorough job and delivered what he promised. He did not try to upsell me when he arrived; his stated rate included pretreating and the cleaning. The carpet cleaning industry has many shady contractors, but Rusty is not one of them.

Super nice people! We had already had the carpet cleaned in a home we are selling & weren't satisfied with some areas. Everyone that has come in comments that over 10-yr old carpet looks new. Above & beyond service at a good price.

Rusty's Carpet Cleaning were very thorough. Rusty went to great lengths to remove longstanding stains. I was very satisfied and he and his associate are very pleasant people to have around. My light colored carpets looked great after they had finished. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Rusty was very professional. The only reason I rated customer service a 4.5 is that he should have mentioned why he couldn't get the carpet's totalling clean before he left the house. I only found out why they were not clean by having to call them.
