Great local small business. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced (even honored original estimate street the job took longer than expected). Also showed and explained the problem and fix to me. Could work on their punctuality...

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I asked them when they arrived, if they had replaced an anode in a water tank before. They said yes. However 1. They did not even have a socket to fit the anode. I allowed them to use my socket, hydraulic jack, breaker bar, sledge hammer and extension for rachet and they could not get anode out. I suggested using an impact tool (as internet suggested), they had to go buy one and cable), they came out 2nd time, late in the day, borrowed the impact socket again. Did not know where the switch was on the air compressor they brought (I had to show them), and finally got it out and replaced. Then had to haggle the cost down after they quoted first

This was done on new years eve at no extra charge and accomplished job and did not have any complaints at completion. we will always accomplish job to make a customer happy even when work is completed to industry standards we cannot make everybody satisfied even when work is completed properly.

Time is not their best asset. They are busy and projects take longer than usual so they arrived late both days they came. They found extra work in our older plumbing making the job a bit more difficult than anticipated. They tackled it with knowledge and had to return the next day to finish the job.
