He communicates the plan and progress all along the job. He finished a complete gutting and remodel of a master bathroom even better than I had hoped. His work is excellent!

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
Our project with Vann Construction was a small one but we would use them again. Charles Vann is easy to work with and provides good quality work at a reasonable price. He listens and provides suggestions, and then finds the best way to execute for the desired outcome.

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Was VERY professional. Had a good crew working for him. Charles Vann worked around my schedule because I do not live in town and was only in Austin for one week. Paint color and the overall job they did was very good. Very easy to work with and would for sure use him again! Thanks Charles!

It would have been a horribly disruptive time in our lives as my husband became very ill at the onset. Not only well done but I feel like we have a new friend! Charles is fantastic! Everything in the bedroom
