We do Appraisals for many major Banks but because of changes in the Lending World, we CAN NOT do appraisals where a Lender is involved. Lenders HAVE TO order Appraisals themselves. Therefore, we specialize in Estate, Divorce and Tax Appraisals.
Our typical fee is $300.00. This can be higher or lower depending on each individual situation.
