The landscaping was not performed according to plan. I was not given a copy of the original plan. The stone was to match the stone I already had; it didn't, even though I gave the source for the stone that I previously purchased. I have asked for a complete breakdown of the costs; that has not been provided. The contractor had to come back a second time to supposedly fix some things. The project is still not what it was designed to be. On the plus side, they did plant some extra plants that I provided. I was not given instructions for care of the plants they provided until almost a month after the planting. There was no follow-up.

We apologize that you didn't have the experience we want you to have. Please call us if any of these issues are still unresolved. I do show that on Nov 15 the plant care guide and plan were given, that the issues have been fixed, and that we sent out the detailed breakdown on Dec 9th. Once again if any of this is still an issue, please call because we want the end result of your project to meet your expectations and standards.

They were very good.

Installed 9 windows in one day; they worked dilligently and cleaned up after themselves. Windows fit and look great.

My home flooded last June due to excessive rains. I consulted the Vande Hey Company. Mike Schumacher visited to assess my landscape issues. His team worked on a plan which included regrading and seeding, mulching and planting. The on-site project crews always included a licensed supervisor. Within three weeks, there was grass which I hadn't had in years growing over the entire seeded area, and my foundations have been able to withstand subsequent heavy rains. While fees for their services were a bit higher than other contractors I consulted, the results are beyond my highest expectations! Great, customer focused company!

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. We haven't made our final decision on our room, but feel confident that Matt and the Vande Hey Co. would be an asset to our project.
