When we get a review like this, it requires an explanation to clarify the job a bit better. We were hired to replace 8 - 10 pieces of rotted trim board, which we did. The original installation of the trim was marginal at best. The only way to fix it was to remove and reinstall windows which the homeowner did not want to do. They also indicted that they would sand and paint (fix & finish) the project when the wood was replaced.The homeowner paid us in full and never called back to complain about anything. So we are a bit puzzled over this somewhat negative? review.

Of the 7 or 8 companies who came to give me estimates, Bill Tilton was the only one I felt was trustworthy. The others were all salespeople and he is the president of his company. Bill gave me a full detailed estimate of the work to be done and a fair price. The job took a little longer than was anticipated, but the installation was a "new window" job entailing removal and replacement of siding, headers etc. Bill Tilton was very responsive and pleasant to work with. He prides himself on being a perfectionist, and I believe he is. I would recommend him highly.

Professional throughout! Bill Tilton offered suggestions that made the project more successful then the original plan. His knowledge and experience were key to the final results which were outstanding. He even returned and cleaned the area to leave nothing saying that this was a construction site!

I hired Value Remodeling and Bill did an excellent job. Bill recommended to me what he would do and it was a few other projects that were not on my list. However, he explained the importance and made a lot of sense. I am very pleased with Bill, he is very knowledgeable and I would rate him 5+++. Bill is the owner and was also on site doing the work. What a fine job!
