They did what they said they were going to do except one thing. They said the were going to cut the stair floor to get to the basement floor underneath and that I would just hammer the stair floor back on. They acually ripped the stair frame and stairs at he bottom out, some of which I was not able to reuse and have to replace because the way it was dismantled. The main stairway was left hanging by it self with no support, it shifted as you walked up and down. I had to wait for the floor to dry before I started repairs. I did tell them about it in their e-mail they sent asking about what I thought about their work. No one has e-mail yet.

I can say my basement is no longer flooding, damp, or smelly. I'm very happy with the whole process. The service was great. The salesman knew his business and offered an affordable solution that is working great.

This company was fantastic, not least because after assessing the situation, our consultant provided a simple $50 solution that completely fixed the leak in our basement. Our consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and we will certainly consult with this company again should we ever need additional advice on our basement. Thank you so much for your help!

Very poor communication between office and consumer. Late start, promised between 8:30/9:00 in the morning, project not started until 1:00 in the afternoon. One day project became 2 day due to start delay. Too many hours of crew "waiting" for needed equipment or materials to arrive. Crew taking liberty of bringing microwave into consumers home and cooking lunch without asking for permission. Second day of project felt like it was being rushed as they had run behind schedule due to late start. Felt like my home was used for meeting place for crew to have lunch. Cement work was fair. Would not recommend.
