I had value dry come repair a leak in my basement. They came for a free estimate- very easy to schedule and very prompt. They were very professional and thorough. They went through and explained everything to me. The work was easy to schedule and they took their time to explain as they worked and did a very good job with the repair. They also offer a great warranty on their product. I highly recommend them!! They also went the extra mile to make sure the rest of my apartment was not covered in dust by the jack-hammering.

They were a great service to work with on our problem. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy, and the person who came out was able to give us a quick and helpful solution. (We needed a French drain installed inside a room in our house to eliminate a water problem). The price was a bit lower than some other estimates we received but the friendlly and pleasant staff helped make our choice easy. The work was scheduled within one week, and they even arrived earlier than expected on the day. Total time was less than I figured and work was completed exactly as planned, even with a bump or two along the way. Our room is now dry and clean and ready for whatever we decide to put in there. Definitely a great company to hire, I'm very glad we did.

Like many others, recently had a water problem occur from all the rain, including remnants of Irene. I called on several companies and ultimately chose Value Dry. They had a crew out in a matter of days. They were very professional, answered all my questions and really took the time to address my concerns. It was a finished basement and they needed to work around many personal items and electronics and they took extra care to keep from damaging anything. System works great, no more water even after heavy rains since the install. My basement is now dry.

They did the job exactly as described, on-time. They effectively answsered any and all questions that I had both before and during the project. And the kept the worksite very clean throughout the project, creating no disruption to my household. Excellent company and crew!

They provided quick and promp service. The job was finished in less time, 1 day instead of the 2-3 day estimate, which was great because hurricane Irene came through right after they finished and provided a quick test of thier work. I had no water in my basement from Irene or from all the rain from the remains of tropicl storm Lee the following week. I couldn't think of a better test than what mother nature provided and Value Dry passed with flying colors.

arrived more than an hour late. did not bring everything to complete the job. did not bring lid for sump pump. had to call 2 times to get the lid MAILED, then had to install lid myself. did not install water alert alam,had to install myself. did not remove old vapor barrier,then sprayed antil mold agent ON TOP of the old vapoer barrier. uneven cuts on floor & walls, making restoration more difficult. when attempting to restore floor, I personally notice subsufrace mold & water damage,which the installers could not have missed,but faild to inform me of the additional damage. did not wire brush old blistered paint behind the water channel.

Prompt inital response; a manager came the next day; he fully explained the options and costs. The job was completed within one day with no dust or dirt left behind. We were impressed with the service.

Work was done very timely and professionally. My only concern was the sales man which came to look at the job. He became very annoyed when I asked him for a more detailed explanation of the cost. Nonetheless, workers were very professional and did a very good job.
