This was my first experience using a contractor for a major project and I was very happy with my choice of Value construction. Tony is an honest and equitable contractor who worked with us every step of the way. He understood our wants and needs and was helpful in instances when we needed guidance or advice. He clearly knows his business and is experienced with all aspects of the building trade. As per our contract he started the project on time and worked continually to make the whole process go as smoothly and quickly as possible despite a few setbacks that came up and were out of our control.

Tony came in and gave me an estimate for my bathroom. He understood exactly what I needed and wanted to have done. He didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want (like some of the others did in their estimates). I trusted him right from the beginning and new I would select his company. The guys came in and did their work. If there was something I didn't like they fixed it. Great job all around. And I was very impressed that it came very close to Tony's original estimate. Thanks for the wonderful job and I would definitely hire Value Construction again!

If you take anything away from this review, please let it be DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Tony and his companies work is so sub par that i thought that I should warn others. Today, after only 7 months of our new shower, the grout and caulk are all popping out of the joints and hence, this review. Tony was hired to renovate a bathroom and two bedrooms. Other than it took almost 4 months rather than one, the workmanship was awful. I cant list all of the problems here due to content length contraints but I have pics of all the problems. you have been warned!!!!

We have a full bathroom that needed a remodel and complete gutting. Tony was very professional and stood by his (and his contractees) work. They were meticulous in making sure things were done right and in its entirety. Our bathroom looks amazing, we couldn't be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend Value Construction to anyone looking to redo their bathroom. Thanks Tony!

Tony and his guys are great. We build our house 15yrs ago and I wish I knew Value const, then.I am planning on calling them again whenever i need work done. We don't think we could trust anyone else. There work is unbelievable.

I am not happy with Value Construction at all. The owner sent me a contract that I signed with listing all specifications. I agreed to the contract and the job was going to start in 10/10 after many calls they finally started in 12/10. The job took 3 times longer than expected. They needed to be called to come and work. I was charged for licensed professions but never saw any. They did not pull permits and were very sloppy. They let water leak into my 1st floor and ruined the ceiling down there. The tile was not neatly laid and had to come back and re-tile. I finished the 1/2 bath myself and go elsewhere for my full bath

Disappointing. Never called cancel meetings we had set up--simply didn't show up. Even the first day they were scheduled to start work, they just didn't show up. Several BIG screw-ups, and while that's forgiveable, they disappeared rather than fix them. I have had to hire other professionals to repair their work--less than 1 year later.
