Project: Remodel a Bathroom
STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They will promise the world - but never deliver. I hired them for an upstairs bathroom remodel and my kitchen ceiling collapsed because of the improper installation of a shower unit and the related plumbing. They refused to fix any problems with the project and now do not respond at all. About $6000 down the pipes. If you hire them - you will be sorry! unfortunately this rating system doesn't allow a ZERO rating which is what is deserved!!!!

Valor started the job reliably, but were dragging their feet about finishing. Four of their subs quit during my project, so things are now way behind schedule. They are very accomodating to any changes, but there were several misunderstandings about what was included in the original scope of work. They said they underestimated the size of the project, so they are now trying to fit us in among other projects to make up the difference. That's why the project is more than 1 1/2 months behind schedule. We finally have mutually parted ways with many details left undone--including a good portion of the electrical work .

The owner and her husband, the site foreman, were very well prepared with their presentation and breakdown of the estimate. They were knowledgeable, friendly and profession. We decided to hire them on the spot for both of our total bathrooms makeovers. They are nearly finished (tail end details) with the first bathroom. Right on schedule! The crew is very good, polite, respectful of our home and privacy, and we appreciate their friendliness very much.
We highly recommend Valor Construction to do any project that you might be considering. Truly exceptional firm.

Prompt, professional, I always knew what was going on, what they were doing, when they would be there and when I had a slight problem during the holidays they were right here to help. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. I was very, and completely satisfied.

I had a very big roofing project, and Valor construction handled it with ease. Great group of workers. Very accurate, fast, clean and honest. I Recommend Valor construction for any housing project. They have demonstrated their knowledge of the scope of work, and by the work they did in the time alotted, proves their extensive experience. They are very dedicated to doing a "great job". Thank you Valor construction for the beautiful job you did on my house!
