We aim to correct the problem, not just treat the symptom
We are a family run small business that focuses on fixing where your water problem came from (since mold is a symptom of a water, moisture or humidity problem), giving sound advice and how we can remove the mold in a practical way with the least disruption to you. If you call, you will talk to Lois (the mom) who is helpful, very pleasant and will ask you relevant questions. David (the son) will come to give an estimate and answer all your questions. Either Donnie (Lois’s husband) or David will lead the crew to remove the mold. David and Donnie are one of the first Virginia-approved mold removal supervisors in the state (required in VA since July 1, 2011). We gently help you through this process with practical recommendations, things to be aware of and when to call in other companies to help fix your water problem. We have over 7 years experience in mold removal, mold prevention and humidity/moisture control in the metro DC area. Thank you for considering us to help with your problem.

The project was top quality. They listened to my concerns and responded accordingly and were professional in all they did. The estimate was realistic and thorough, and they held to the estimate without any added costs even though they met some unanticipated needs. They were very professional and could explain what they were doing. They were very careful in handling and protecting my property and furnishings. They worked very hard and quickly and finished the job on time. The paperwork was handled very well by their office. All in all, it is the best experience I have had with a contractor in every respect.

Valor Cleaning truly takes the time to explain the work they will be providing. You will have no questions or hesitation if you go with this company. They provide you an indepth document showing their work and estimate before they start their service. Plus, their customer service is the absolute best I've seen! I highly recommend this company for any issues you may have on your home.

Straightforward, knowledgable, reliable and friendly! I didn't feel like Valor Cleaning was trying to take advantage of a bad situation(mold)! Work was done as promised and on time.

Great, Davis went out what had to be done worked well with with the Industrial Hygienist and was flexible. Lois (office) communicated well was great returning pone calls and working with out phased project.

They came in with the lowest price, but their work was more than thorough. They did the demolition, removed the mold, used special fans to clean the air, and treated the area with antimicrobial chemicals. Our mold problem is gone, and it was all done at a very reasonable price. To top it off, David was courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. Very happy with this company, and would highly recommend them!
