We hired Valley Siding to repair rot behind our siding, replace a couple of windows and repaid and cover trim around some of our doors. Bill Chase is a professional customer service oriented owner. He is prompt, easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. He finished the first phase of our job in one day and his crew did an excellent job. Bill comes to the job to make sure everything is set up correctly and the work is completed as planned. His prices are reasonable and were in line with other contractors we got estimates from. So far he has exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Bill and Valley Siding.

Very professional, would recommend Bill to anyone who is looking to redo the siding on there house. The job was completed quickly, the house looks great. I called Bill several times because I had concerns about some of the work, he came over within a reasonable amount of time and things were done to my satisfaction. I was not there when they installed them and is to early to see how effective they are but the gutters are cleaned and looks a whole lot better.

Bill was responsive to comments and insured we were happy with the work and was reasonably priced. He readily had his crew correct issues we had. The only complaint we had was that supplies arrived in piecemeal fashion causing delays in completing job.

Bill was very prompt in getting back to me after the initial inquiry for fascia biard replacement. No job is too small with Valley and that is so appreciated. Came out quickly to do the estimate and the job was done shortly thereafter. Very professional worker who had done the installation and pleasant to deal with. Would absolutely contact again should services be needed in the future

Project: Clean a Roof
Bill Chase was over and above accommodating. My roof had 2 feet of snow and almost a foot of ice dams. The snow was completely removed and the ice dams were chopped back to as far back as they could without damaging the roof. Bill provided me with his license and insurance information. And after getting a few estimates, his rates were very reasonable. He also checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely hire him again if need be.
