They got the job done but seemed a little over zealous when on the job. Instead of making suggestions of what could benefit the customer he took it upon himself to take apart a potential repair without authorization and was offended when asked to please put back where it was found...

Mike scheduled an appointment for 9:00 the next morning but was delayed due to an emergency call he received earkier the same morning. He called to notify me half an hour after he was to be at my house. No problem - these things happen. His prices and workmanship are great!

Very helpful, on time, nice, he even reprogrammed my garage door. The quality of the replacement door knob/lock was acceptable but cheap. Would still hire him again.

Contacted me immediately, set up appointment & actually showed up EARLY (we did have one reschedule, but that couldn't be helped). Job completed quickly & he even tightened up & checked my other locks (hired him to replace front door lock). Gave me good cost info & didn't try to "oversell". Did quality work -- I can use my front door now!!!

The first appointment was missed completely and I had to recontact to request another appointment. 15 min late but did arrive. Installed a new lock, they recommended keying to the house key, then left without providing a key. Very disappointed in the service attitude. Will not use Valley Lock & Safe again.

Responded promptly to request for quote and was very informative on follow through on keeping appointment (particulalry since ServiceMagic did not properly notify them of the rescheduled appointment). Son came buy to perform service, then came back next day to finish the job. We appreciate the good service and value pricing.
