Excellent service, beautiful work. Norm was great to work with. He listened to me and kept the customer's needs first and at a price that was very affordable. His crew were hard workers and very professional.

Outstanding work. Norm, the manager, was excellent. Easy to work with, meticulous and hard-working. I have another job coming up and I will certainly get Valencia to do it - no need to worry about getting other bids. Very pleased with the work and with the cleanup.

The workers were very professional, kept the work area passable for me, and called if they were not coming that workday. They also did not jack up the price, even though they found a little more damage. The work is beautiful. I will not be able to see where they tore out and replaced the lath and plaster once it is painted.

Responded quickly, came on time and on the day he said he would, worked hard, great work - you cannot tell the stucco has been patched. Did a great job cleaning the worksite upon completion.

They were timely and thorough from the time they came out to bid the job until it was doen. They made sure to take the time to explain what was being done and checking in throughout the job to ensure it they were repairing everything possible. The finished work looks great, we would recommend them highly.
