We had an unusual problem that the technician had never seen before, but he still stuck with it and I could tell he was a knowledgable person. He felt bad even charging me for a service call because he wasn't able to solve the problem but he did tell me sbout alternatives.

I spent 4 weeks trying to find someone that actually knew what they were talking about. After numerous parts and pieces and no luck I contacted Bob at Vactrax. He was more helpful in 5 minutes over the phone than anyone had been in a month. Diagnosed the problem, got the right parts ordered and I'm back up and running. Don't trust anyone else. Vactrax really came through. Thanks again!
