Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
My confusion is with the name of the company. VJC did not call me; I called and the owner, Jackie answered. Her business card says Jackie's Cleaning Services. She was very professional and the ladies doing the cleaning did a nice job. I'll consider using her again but again, I think there needs to be some resoslution with the name listed in Service Magic.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I asked for a move-in deep cleaning, scrubbing the walls, trim, window sills, and radiators. The bathroom and kitchen were not great, but not bad, but the rooms that I cared the most about, the bedroom and the office, were pretty much just dusted. When I pointed this out to the cleaning crew, they went back in...and dusted a little more thoroughly, still not washing off the accumulated grime left behind by previous tenants.

Jacqueline called immediately and booked my service right away. She was friendly and helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. Her cleaners were very good and fast. The price was exactly as quoted. The only issue was that they wet moped the wood floor and did not remove some of the spots that required more attention. However I would use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with VJC Cleaning. From the cleaning , to the professionalism and pleasantness of the crew, to the rate charged. Although I had intended it to be a one time thing I believe I will be calling them again to put me on a regular schedule.
