Doug followed up all the way, even to the point after the job was completed he noticed some of the screens could have fit better some he reoreder them and brough the replacements out him self. My home is much quiter and the veiw is so much better. I waiting to see if the untility bills continue like the first one but there was a two hundred dollar drop from the previous month. So, I pretty happy about that right now.

Doug called us just minutes after I requested replacement windows online via Service Magic. He made an appointment with us; showed up promptly, and was able to provide us with all the info we needed to make a decision on replacement windows, to replace the ones lost in the "infamous" Oklahoma hail storm. The work was done on time, and looks great. We will use V.H.I again,when we replace our other windows, and I would not hesitate to recommend them; in fact, I already have, twice!

They were two hours late for the first day of installation and didn't complete all the work on the second day. I was told they would return by the end of the week to finish, but they didn't come until late the next week. Also, one of my windows was broken at the manufacturer site and this caused a delay in installation of that window. When the window was scheduled to be installed, they showed up 6 hours later than originally planned. Also, they did not clean up well after themselves.

Please note this installation was done during the spring rainy season and delays were mostly due to heavy rains.

The windows that I ordered were delivered in good order, the installers arrived on time and did a very professional job with a minimum of mess and they were careful to clean up after themselves when they were done. I recommended them to my son who needed replacement windows due to the recent hail storm damage and his experience was very similar to mine. Thank you for your wonderful work both at my home and at my son's.
