He responded quickly after my initial call to come out and take a look at our basement, offer ideas/suggestions, provide a ballpark estimate, etc.  Steve then got back to us by the end of the week with an official estimate, which we thought represented a very fair price.  Steve then finished our project ahead of schedule, which was a very positive surprise for us, and did a great job at that!  Steve was professional and pleasant to work with throughout the process, and we certainly recommend him with 5 stars!
