Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation

Was told they would be there on a Wednesday but did not show up or call. I took day off from work to be there, and even called to see what was going on with no response. They said they would start on Wed and finish Friday due tio it being Thanksgiving thursday. Friday still no one showed up and I was off that day. On Saturday when I wasnt home they showed up out of the blue with my wife having to call me that they were there. I let them do the work which actually went quite well once they started. I never recieved pictures of the work in progress and the finished product like I asked.

Joseph Filippino was my first contact with Uretek and he is a great asset to the company. A very impressive young man who was very thorough and very professional. Everything went as he presented it to me in the contract. I am very satisfied with the job they did and certainly am glad I chose them. The team works well together and they really know what they are doing. I highly recommend this company.

Although the company completed the work as scheduled, after the crew left I noticed that a sprinkler head hand been broken and the exterior cable box had been knocked off the wall. So far the work done is sastisfactory the only issue is the broken lawn and cable equipment. There was also a delay in obtaining the signed contract and the engineers report. Other than these issues the staff at Uretek were very heplfull and so was Mr Leville.

We have 23 building, he has worked on 4 of them. His pricing is fantastic, products that he uses is great. He is just fantastic in everything he has done.
