Urel Russell's Appliance Repair

Doesn't accept credit cards. Was told that they charge a $25 service charge to find out what is wrong with the appliance. They then would give you a quote of the cost for the repair and if you went through with the repair that the $25 would be dropped from the fee. My dishwasher had a piece of plastic that broke off that engaged the dishwash to start when you closed the door. The tech turned the part over as it had the same part on the other side as well and he put the screws back into the dishwasher and it worked. I didn't need any parts. The owner was called and said to charge me $90 without me ever being quoted. ended up paying $70

I was not happy that he did the work without first without giving me a price even after I asked him not to start without giving a price. Did the work then charged too much. the repair has held up but i wasn't happy about the process. Also, they didn't show up in uniform and that is not professional at all.

Mr Russell was prompt and on time. Was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but I'm sure I saved money on the overall repair.

Urel Russell was able to fix our Thermador Dishwasher for about $200, whereas AAA Abel quoted us $550. So Thumbs up for Urel Russell's Appliance Repair for getting it done cheap and QUICK! Thank you!

Mr. Russell charged $100 to fix microwave. A few days later it stopped working again. Called Mr. Russell to discuss the problem, but he said he was busy and would call right back. It's been almost a week and still haven't heard back from him. Very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend this person.

I admit that I took a while to return the call but I was trying to figure out a plan of action.We tested that m/w more than 6 times.I wanted to be sure I could totally fix it b/4 returning. I finally called and suggested that I take the m/w ( 12/19) w/me ,not knowing about this review.That explains it all.

Very good work the work get done same day with in 4 hours after I mad the call Little expensive but most important it was done same day

He was prompt and did his investigation well , however his service charge as quoted on the phone to me was $40.00, He replaced no parts only looked over the system and then charged $70.00 for the service. I am a bit disapointed as I though he did he job well. However you do not say one price and charge another, If he was upfront on the pricing even the higher charge on the telephone I would not have said anything negative,sorry for this negative response.

This customer has confused service charge with labor charge. The range was fixed when I left after at least 1 hr.

Arrived on time, great communications. Will use him in the future if needed.
