Review by a customerin Brooklyn, NY Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
"I own a two-family, semi-detached brick home in Brooklyn with a walk-in tenant apt on the ground level and an elevated main level of approximately 850 sf. Space was tight for the four of us so the task for Urban was to add another level (raising the roof) with a rear cantilever design to gain another 1100 sf on the new level - in essence, more than doubling our current living space. I am extremely pleased with the final plans that also included a main level redesign. I enjoyed working with Urban and found them to be very professional, excellent listeners with very sensible and creative ideas. They were prompt and complete. I LOVE the design!"

I found "Urban" to be very professional, and prompt he kept to a time schedule which is so important.
Most of all he listened to what I was saying about sq' footage, time line, and cost effective options. It's been a pleasure to work with Jim H of Urban.

Review by a customerin Jackson Eights, NY Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Jim Hill, owner of Urban Pioneering was a pleasure to work with. He was always the professional and his services were reasonably scoped and priced. As business professionals ourselves, we appreciated the time he took to scope out the project and project plan and were impressed with his ability to stay and operate within both the scope of the project and it's schedule.
We will definitely be calling upon Urban Pioneering for our future home projects.
