We are a dynamic architecture design firm with offices Downtown Manhattan and Milan, Italy. Our work ranges from residential to commercial to hotel design.  We take care of 100% of all aspects of the project: as we follow the job from concept to complete construction administration, including filing with the Department of Buildings and supervising the contractor's work. Our fees vary in range and are based on the type of service we provide. We work with several contractors, amongst which a very fine Japanese Construction Company, who has been in business in Manhattan for 30 years.
