Very happy.  I have been using Upstate Window Cleaning every 6 months for my home, to do my windows and my gutters.  Always courteous, on-time, attention to detail, very professional,  and careful inside my home; I have a 22 foot ceiling, 3 floors, they do inside/out on these windows + my ceiling fans for me, plus my chandelier.  They are always critical of themselves to not disturb anything in their way; this I so much appreciate.  "Outstanding"  - this is why I'm still using them after 5 years.
