Last night our hot water heater died... this morning I called the HVAC contractor that we have been using for years, they quoted me a price, but I wanted to confirm it was fair. I found Servicemagic online and in-turn Dale. He quoted me the exact same unit, warranty and labor for *** $300 LESS***. I admit I was hesitant, but Dale answered all my questions with proofs and honest answers. His reviews on this site were great, and he has a A+ rating with the BBB. He was at my home with in 2 hours and I now have a wonderfully working new water heater, a clean project area, and paid exactly what he quoted! I am very satisfied!!

Upstate Comfort Systems provided great service and explained to me what was wrong with my AC unit. Upon fixing it they cleaned the whole system. I was quite impressed. Definitely would use them again.

Dale called promptly after I contacted Service Magic. My furnace wasn't working properly and he was quick to help. He found time that day to stop by the house and take a look at what could be causing our problems. Once he found our issues, I feel he was honest with his recommendations and explained things well to my wife and I so we were comfortable with what needed to be done. He was punctuality and attentiveness was well worth our money. I would definitely use his services again if needed.
