Dealing with William of Upper Deck Decking was a great experience. He listened to all aspects of the deck I was wanting to have built. There was no pressure to purchase needless items. He took true ownership of the project to see it through to the end and to make sure everything was exactly the way we discussed from our initial meeting.

The deck looked great.  It was built as described, cost what was predicted, started on time, and finished in one day.  That's a first for me when it comes to having a project contracted! <br /> <br />My only complaint is having to pick up all the cigarette butts.  As many soda cans as there were, at least one could have been used as an ashtray.  I just hate cigarettes. <br /> <br />Mom is going to love the deck when she sees it.  With her balance problems, the railing is going to be strong enough to hold if she falls against it.  The stair depth & rise will be easy for her to use without her cane. And overall, she will enjoy sitting on the deck listening to the birds and watching any deer that wander through her yard.
