Keith identified my carpenter ant problem and haven't seen them for a while. He continues to treat the house for pests and the old house is definitely more liveable.

The gentleman I spoke with was VERY honest about my pest problem and gave me great advice. I could not use the service because I live in a mult-i unit apartment house and he told me how I would have to get the landlord to fix the pest problem as the cost would be ongoing without all the units being treated. I REALLY appreciated his honesty. He said " I don't want to take your money for a problem that will , in time, come back again and again." Up North is a professional and HONEST company and I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Keith responded promptly to my request with ServiceMagic. He scheduled an appointment after we arrive home from work that day. He was thorough and explained everything well. Keith even responded quickly to a call from us the next day to report that we still found more wasps. He revaluated and searched until he found a second access into our home that we were unaware of. We found him to be very personable and would highly recommend his service to family and friends.
