Tom was very nice and quick. He also answered all of my stupid questions! And the price was as quoted.

I was looking for some quick help with an apparent electrical problem and a the installation of a couple of light fixtures. Tom called me this morning and we scheduled a vist for this afternoon. He completed the jobs quickly and was friendly. Done!

Prompt and thorough, he quickly fixed all 3 of my problems!

Tom was great to work with. He came and started the job right away. We have a few things that still need to be finished, but have to have him come back after we complete some tiling. Would recommend University Electric.

Tom was very prompt and polite. He arrived in a proffesional van with the company contact info on the side. He walked in ready to start and finished the job quickly and accurately.

University Electric was selected because they were the only vendor that could complete the job during the weeks that I was home to supervise. They were tasked to install a new main breaker panel in my home and run new circuts for a heated floor solution. During the installation of the new circuts, several holes were cut into walls to allow for wire runs. The electrician didn't measure properly causing several unnecessary holes to be cut. University Electric made no effort to repair any of the holes made. The rest of the electrical work was completed to standard and passed inspection. The price was on par with other ServiceMagic pros.

The holes were made in a 2x2 ft area, I told them several holes may have to be possibly cut. I also stated we do dont dry wall repair, just like any other "electrical" company. When fishing wires across a vaulted ceiling and down a wall with no access, holes have to but cut and it shouldn't matter if its 2 or 4 when its int the same area, sometimes you run into things in a ceiling that are out of your control.

Great response the very next day. Quick fix on a minor problem with a electric plugin. Quality person showed up. Expensive even through I was given a discount from their normal call because the call only took 10 minutes.

Charged client $90 for a service call, we are on the low end compared to most. Services calls are never cheap because use we have to pay a guy to drive there, fix the problem, then drive to the next job!

They called right away, came out a couple of hours after the request, and had the work done asap. They prevented a fire from starting in the home due to out let shorting out.

Came over with in the hour if the request, got the chandeliers installed, I would give them 10 stars if I could, I will defiantly call him in the future.

Tim was very polite, and beat the best offer I had from others. He was punctual, very quick to reply, and honestly seemed to be excited to do the job....and did it right.
