Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Universal Roofing made contact immediately after the inquiry (phone & email); they were at the house the next morning to inspect and quote. The intent was to solicit several quotes for this job, but since this contractor developed confidence during the presentation and since there was an urgency to do the work which he could accomodate, he was awarded the job without any further quotes. We were not disappointed in this decision - the job was scheduled in a few days and was completed in one day. Everything went smoothly. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.
