Samuel was a rock star.........went the extra mile to squeeze me into the schedule, worked late into the night, was very aware of making sure that he asked a lot of questions before just completing the job, collecting the money and moving on to the next job.
Great service, great prices....will definitely be using him again.

3 Major Complaints:
#1(Prep)- Sam was unable to determine that there was a long stud running across my wall horizontally, which eventually prevented us from successfully running cables behind the wall; and consequently left 2 unrepaired holes on my wall which he cut open.
#2(Cust Serv)- After opening 2 holes in my wall to run cable, and ultimately not being able to use them because he didn't realize there was a horizontal stud, Sam did not offer to repair the holes; he only offered to conceal them.
#3(Pay)- He still billed me for running the cables behind wall even though he didn't do it & know I have to pay for additional repairs.

Our goal is complete customer satisfactions. Unfortunately, we have received our first negative review on service magic. Please allow us to can give more perspective to this review without sounding combative. 1) Mr Oscar failed to mention that we offered to repair holes (we have an email in which he agreed we did) 2) Oscar stated in an email how professional and friendly Samuel was to him; Samuel even drove Oscar to the bank to pick up a cashiers check for payment. The wires could be fished down the wall however, Oscar didn't want to pay the extra cost to complete this task.Money couldn't be refunded because Oscar payed with a cashiers check

Samuel provided great service! He was very knowledgable and the end result is perfect.! After watching him complete the installation, I couldn't believe that I was actually thinking that I would be able to do it myself. I have been talking about it for days and would recommend Universal to anyone!
