The workers were very nice and I would recommend them for laying tile, they did a very nice job in that respect. The finish work was simply okay, in my opinion. I had different expectations. However, my job is in Quality Control, I am hard to please & I expect better than standard. The owner did offer to have the workers return to caulk the baseboard nail holes, and redo the sealing job but I refused the offer.

We were hired to install tile and baseboards throughout the loft area on this project. On my final walk through I saw a couple of nail holes in the baseboards that could have used a little more caulk. The sealer did leave streaks on the tile but I did offer to have the technicians return to remove and reseal the tile. Due to the owners busy schedule, she decided to do it herself. Other than that, the project looked great. We always strive to please every customer.

Universal Home Improvement Services did an exceptional job on our back porch with tile. They performed all task in a timely manner. Maria helped us with picking out tile and even found our tile for a cheaper price. My wife and I are very happy with the tiule on the porch and Universal Home Improvement did a great job. I would have no problem recommending or using Universal Home Improvement again.

Customer service is top notch! In the middle of the project I wanted to make some changes and they were done with no problems. Great advise and vision, attention to detail and a definate WOW factor when it was complete! I have already made another appointment for their services :)
